We aim to do the following:

2. Help people to feel connected to the community they live and work in
3. Come together to support causes being organised by groups in our community (who may not necessarily be heard or seen) and offer them a supportive hand in the process.

Located in Luton, our hub serves as a secure space designed to encourage, inspire and motivate women from the black community on their tech journeys. 3. Support for SEND Family & Children
The charity was established as an independent charity in 2002 by a group of parents needing support and services for their children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). They provide advice, support, and services to SEND children, young people and their families living in Bedfordshire and surrounding counties. It is the largest pan-disability charity within Bedfordshire and supports children and young adults living with many different types of physical and/or learning disabilities.
FUN believes that every young person should have social and educational opportunities available to them that enable them to reach their full potential, the group aims to provide our young people with the same social and leisure opportunities that their non-disabled peers enjoy, but within a more supportive and accepting environment. Staff are trained to understand the needs of the children and young people and to respect their dignity, wishes and aspirations.
4. Youth Support in Luton
The group aims to mentor young people who are at risk of being exploited and to spread awareness about harmful practices such as ‘FGM’ and ‘grooming’. The abuse of power in such instances has been made possible due to internal beliefs such as ‘I do not have a say in how my society is shaped’ & ‘I am just another number’, this disconnect can lead to the perception of having little to no alternative options. Young people go through a myriad of struggles - the plague that follows both adults and youth alike is the quest to find answers and to make sense of the world we are living in. A lack of resolution & confidence can more often than not lead to a young person succumbing to grooming and/or peer pressure to partake in criminal activities. This coupled with the disenfranchisement that comes with the criminalization of youth offenders can lead them to head for a downward spiral they do not see a way out of. It is vital that youth can make a link between their position within their communities & cooperative progress. An informed individual makes informed decisions
5. Support of community engagement, strengthening interfaith
Founded in 1991, the multi-award-winning group/charity has evolved as a trusted programme of community engagement, strengthening interfaith & community relations, and building peace & reconciliation in Luton’s super diverse context. It founded the Luton Council of Faiths (LCoF), Near Neighbours Programme, and youth and women initiatives in the town. It pioneered the 'Making Luton a Fairtrade Town' campaign, led the Faith Woodlands Communities Project bringing over 3000 people from diverse backgrounds closer to nature, and in the Archery project, trained over 50 Archery instructors from Luton’s diverse communities and started two independent youth clubs. Just last year over 10,000 young people have benefitted from the multi-faith storytelling workshops delivered in Luton’s schools and communities. The group also organises Press Conferences, Press Statements, and Peace & Prayer Vigils, whenever there are any global or national terror attacks/threats or community protests.
